The Challenge: To create a direct mail piece to encourage businesses to sponsor the annual golf tournament. The secondary goal is to encourage participants to register a foursome.
The Approach: This brochure shares the mission of YFC London as well as all of the benefits included for sponsors and participants.
Including photos from previous years establishes a connection with everyday people. The tear-off form allows individuals to commit to either a sponsorship, foursome or both.
The tone for this direct mail piece is professional yet fun.
